      Pros

      Attempting to bring some ‘perks’ back and make us feel ‘valued’ but theyre all very fake. Some nice people.

      Cons

      Horrible feelings amongst staff and no motivation other than fear of loosing our jobs. All we hear is how we arent hitting targets. All complements are backhanded ways of telling us to do more. Senior management parade around expecting us to treat them like royalty, theyre really not nice at all. Parking is terrible and you end up really far away. I would never choose to work here again and cant wait to move.

      Pros

      Opportunity galore. Once a great name and company that cared for its people.

      Cons

      Toxic culture. Terrible working environment, Clueless leadership. Thankfully the private equity owner finally took action to exit the imposter at the helm, but sadly the HR leader remains which is the core of the cultural problems that run deep throughout the majority of the businesses within it's so called 'Group'. Such a shame.

      Hybrid working. Employee car park.

      Cons

      Loyalty not appreciated. CEO clueless as to who is actually running the company. Acquiring new businesses and directors, yet making a slew of long term experienced employees redundant and sending their jobs overseas
