Pros
Overall the people are really chill and nice. The job role in IT has heaps to grow in, (in a good way) my manager at the IT was the first manager that I had the didn't micro manage me and pushed me in the best way. There was always work events and parties, to keep things fun
Cons
Small team, no benefits, some times can be a slightly cliquey. Although HR to create fun environments.. a lot of workers did not participate
