-Happy, collaborative work environment. Wonderful co-workers.
-Mission-driven work! Though our work is with adult staff members day-to-day, we are working in service of students all over the world.
-Manager is amazing - the perfect balance of supportive and trusting. Given autonomy to make decisions and get creative. I feel completely supported and trusted. I feel as though I've already grown a ton in my role since I started.
Cons
DECA is getting a new benefits program. This is less of a con and more of a transition. Some staff members noted that benefits could be better and leadership is making it happen quickly (this summer).
