      Pros

      Contract time can lead you to other opporunities.

      Cons

      Pay is embarrassingly low, the expectation is high. The benefits are terrible. The Company only cares about their family profit and will find anyway to give the employee as little as possible. Be extremely careful. Get everything in writing and ALWAYS check your pay, pto and make sure youre getting what you are supposed to including double check the labor laws for them.

      They have an appropriate amount of engagement with their employees. Great benefits. Seem to care about their employees

      Pros

      I have been with the company since 2018. Since new management took over in 2023, we have grown around 200%. Lots of opportunity to make an imprint and to advance your career. Everyone is on the same wavelength, competitive compensation and benefits, and we work on some pretty cool programs with interesting customers. Very fast paced, you get out what you put in. Highly recommend joining if you are ambitious and want to actually make an impact to an organization with the work you do!

      If you are just looking to coast along, probably not the place for you.
