I could not have been more wrong about this company. See all One Star reviews for the last ten years. Backstabbing company culture. Gossip, gossip, gossip. Smile to your face and talk about EVERYONE when they leave the room. No support from owners. Limited resources. Everything they do is on paper. They print emails, hand write responses and then give them to admin to type out responses. Zero technological advancements. Archaic business practices. No accountability. Everything is filtered through the book keeper, who is not a PM, responds to messages clearly not addressed to her and makes poor business without consulting PMs. Complete lack of customer service skills on the phone and in emails. One star reviews for the past ten years because of the lack of follow through and customer service. Owners are absent majority of the time and lack the experience in Property Management to implement the necessary checks and balances to build a solid company culture through team work, respect and inclusivity.
