When you are working sincerely on one project, they frequently assign multiple unrelated tasks in between and later say that the main project is not important. Manager and HR behavior is very rude — they often scold or blame employees instead of providing constructive feedback or support. There is no healthy work culture — no team outings, employee engagement programs, or motivational activities are organized in the office
