Pros
*Hired me without any good experience in the same field *Learned 2 programming languages here and it is more like I am being paid for learning, i doubt other companies invest so much *Provided a lavish office to its employees inspite the hit they got because of Covid-19, i need to mention this because my last company not even gave us a proper toilet and also one of the team leader for NODE who was responsible for their loss of almost 3-4 projects and still company didn't took his job but every employee knows what he is doing along with his few friends there *The company HR and Admin are decent and firm with their policies *My appraisal is still due, will post regarding it post that *Notice period of 2 months, but releases within 15days to 1 month max.
Cons
*They follow KEKA, yes it bothers employees at times to senior people because here in Lucknow people don't have mentality to follow rules and be on time but the company wants to match Metro standards *They don't fire employees even who create bad environment and keep giving chances
