Good Pay if you're good at Sales - Sales Manager DFS Employee Review

Inconsistent pay some months I walked away with £4k but then £1k for the following 3-4 months. Very little in the way of work life balance, work every bank holiday and every weekend so it can impact your family and social life, if you don't work these days your pay will be majorly effected. Commission only no basic, if you are good at Sales great if not you can fall beneath the company safety net they will top up your pay if you have a bad month but then take it out of your next wage, so if you have a slow month you can end up owning the company money.
