      Pros

      Orthodox Jewish Holidays Off.

      Cons

      Stressful due to long hours, constant yelling. No job recognition. Unprofessional and unfriendly company. Turnover is extreme. Managers are petty and do not show appreciation. Unhappy workers. Threats do not equal motivation. Workers are fired at whim.

      A few Jewish holidays off

      Paychecks were consistently late, pay statements were not provided either Very unprofessional demeanor and poor communication from management Poor pay raises Poor PTO package (7 days) and poor 401k plan (2% match that takes 5 years to fully vest)
