Bodine Perry is a great place to work that I would recommend to anyone. - Everyone is so supportive of one another. - Firm leaders have everyone's best interest at heart and want to see and help everyone grow in their roles and succeed. - The firm is definitely focused on continued growth, which provides so many opportunities for all employees. - They offer a ton of flexibility and generous time off. - I enjoy going to work every day - the people and the environment make all the difference.

Lots of Work available if you like to keep busy.

Toxic work environment. Several mergers have occurred recently and lots of confusion regarding who the decision makers are and how to handle employees during the merger. Previously owned company has unprofessional relationships with each other. Power struggles occur within all the offices. No room for advancement. Especially when partners in certain locations were unprepared. Very unpredictable and unable to make decisions for their own office. HR doesn’t have a lot of experience. Especially after two HR directors left within 2 years and they promoted someone without experience in HR. Benefits are mediocre at best.
