The pay is grossly under market. Telsel Daliwhal will extend promises that he has no intention of keeping, non the profit sharing or bonuses. Non air conditioned or heated environment. Be prepared to sweat and freeze, no joke. It's a warehouse. You will sweat in the summer and freeze in the winter. The facility has been in place less than a year and has a revolving door for employees. The fulltime employees, which are few due to Daliwhal keeping temporary employees, are grossly under paid. I was in shock when I heard the hourly rates of employees. The mechanics make $5-10 less an hour than they would at other companies. This is sad.
