      You can test truely how much patient you are

      This is a very less space here to write the cons but still major are- Salary is given after 4-5 months, that also for a single month. If you are going for GET position, don't expect yourself to be an engineer, you will be tasked to sweep the dredgers, to bring the water and some other labour work

      No pros to mention at all.

      Cons

      Nothing to learn . No Growth. if u are someones relative in the company then you'll get hikes irrespective of what you are doing. company run like a feudal setup. funds diverted and as a result salaries in arrears. No benefits to mention, not even provident fund.
