Small headcount could make instant responses as industry requires, very fast decision making, many excellent professionals, good value products/services offered.
Cons
Unfortunately even bad decisions are made quickly, management barely listens to professionals' and experts' advice resulting in achieving goals slower with double the effort than would be possible.
