      Pros

      A few co workers really know what they are doing and care about putting forth their very best effort regardless of those around them.

      Cons

      Higher ups unaware of the degree of deadwood. 10% doing the 80%, and remainder just sit around. 10% not always rewarded although some are. Lots of favoritism

      Pros

      The salaries are high compared to other contracting offices. Good intern entry program. Can get what the government customers want.

      Cons

      Leadership has a long history of lack of ethics, favoritism, and vendettas against employees who try to follow the rules, particularly if those employees are in managerial grades. As is typical in the government, 20 percent of the employees do 80 percent of the work.
