I’m not sure about the pros.

Avoid working here, guys. They’ll overwork you, generate 3 reports in a day to blackmail you, hire all their family members and buddies, gang up on you, and then terminate you without cause. In addition to that, it’s discouraged that you train unless off the clock, and there’s no formal training classes, just poorly made live recordings. They haven’t been around here long and most managers are not Texans, just random drunks hired from random states. They lack ethics, lack morals, lack formal education, lack DoD 8570 requirements, and are there to track your bathroom break and ensure it was 5 minutes rather than 10 (they get alerts on their screen).
