- For me, DISCO has done so phenomenally well in the States in just 8 years, that joining the fast growing EMEA team was a no brainer. - Despite our IPO in July, I feel like this company is only just getting started. The growth opportunities here are amazing. It's really exciting to be a part of. People are immensely proud to work at DISCO for this reason, which creates a great working environment. - I can't talk about environment without mentioning the people. DISCO takes the time and care to assess EQ and cultural fit. We hire not only the best candidates, but the best kind of people. We genuinely have the loveliest team. Having worked at a few different large blue chip companies now, I have never been happier here. - Leadership - we have somewhat of an open door policy here, which has given me access and visibility to some of the most senior people in the company in my first few months. - The technology itself: having worked in ediscovery and seen the other tech offerings, DISCO is a game changer. - Learning and development - the initial onboarding and product learning are the best I have ever come across at a company. You feel really supported by the access to training whenever you need.
