      Pros

      I like the technology stack they are working, startup culture and good learning environment.

      Cons

      They just keep hiring new employees and then firing them, layoffs happens against the CEO statement that he gave multiple times in all-hands meeting that company have investment for 2 years , no plans for layoffs and company will keep investing in the product innovation. But they executed staff reduction after a month.

      Pros

      The Forensic Team Director is awesome to work for. He’s always happy to help and always happy to teach. He’s supportive and makes sure we have a great work life balance when possible. Most work is remote and does allow you to stay home and work at your own pace. Travel is pretty much never done.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low and departments don’t communicate very well between cases.

      High ownership over work product.

      Cons

      Always in a rush to deliver feature work, so tech debt accrues and developer experience is much worse than it could be.
