Dear Ex colleague, I'm sorry you feel this way after 3 years were the company gave you an opportunity grow, travel and learn more about the eyewear business. In regards of poor management, I agree we are not prefect and we are trying our best to improve, and we are working on hiring an HR person (thank you for the suggestion). You are wrong about thinking only the suppliers are the reason of the great dita product, I'm surprise you don't know after 3 years working at Dita that design and R&D is in house so the great product is a combination of great effort by Dita employees. Last, again I'm surprise you don't know how much sales we generate (you were in charge of sales) and I'm proud to say that yes we try to treat everyone as member of Dita family (I'm sure we have failed to achieve this with some people), it's funny that some former employees come to our monthly team building events... Thank you for your precious feedback and I hope your next company will treat you better that we did.
