Can't wait for my promotion! - Anonymous employee DIY Management Solutions Employee Review

DIY was probably one of the best companies I have worked with In my career thus far. I felt management treated everyone with respect no matter what someone may have for experience. Really as long as you do your job right there goal is to promote you and help you learn more about business.

They don't have a branch in New York. I had to move due to family matters and they didn't have a branch where I was moving to.

I thoroughly enjoy the work environment here. Everyone works together as a team and has the companies goals in mind. That type of environment is something I've always wanted in a job. The management is very 1 on 1 and wants people to be promoted quickly. All in all I very much enjoy my position here and would recommend it to anyone wanting an opportunity to grow within a company but at the same point be challenged along the way.

The only con for me is the location of the office. It is very centrally located in Rosemont but I live in Gurnee so its a commute for me. The pros far outweigh the con of commuting for me and the pay is worth the drive.
