      Pros

      Great health insurance benefits, very good quality of employees, and great Owners.

      Cons

      During the hard economic times, it brought out the worst in some of the lower level managers and executives. Lay offs were inevitable, and those that stayed had to carry the extra work load. Even after all this, the directors and executives gave themselves year-end bonuses. Very dissapointing to see that type of leadership emerge during these hard times. Also, there is no mentoring in place.

      Pros

      If you are in with the c-suite, you are ok but if you aren't.....then too bad. Benefits packages is good, again if you are part of c-suite or corporate...like a discounted gym membership to their corporate gym...at a screaming deal of $100 a month. It's great if they paid you a salary that could handle $100 gym membership but only their employee's in suits earn that.

      Cons

      Laid off staff starting with all the pregnant women, them middle managers leaving their executives intact. Shameful.
