Not a forward thinking company, not interested in change nor improvement. believe that the best way to do something is the way it was done 15 years ago, regardless of any advanced manufacturing techniques. if you are not willing to join a cult avoid DMC Power. While the company has potential the executive team lacks the skills to take it there. Inventory system trash, planning is non-existent, and treat customers poorly, in that they will sell one customers items to another. Expected to work every weekend, and at times 70hrs a week is not enough.
