      Amazing Leadership, Partners with great track record Great team, everyone is very smart and passionate Great culture, lots of autonomy and responsibility given at all levels (even interns) Strong dealflow and access to top deals in Europe/ US Strong track record, category leaders in the portfolio

      Long hours, can be stressful (which is the case with venture capital in general)
