      Pros

      They matched the company's benefits and holidays DocuXcel contracted me with.

      Cons

      Some issues with pay at first, but it was fixed. Most communication is through e-mail. The HR rep promised to meet me for a one-one last year, but never followed through. The company I am contracted to promised to hire me on after the first year, yet here its been 15 months and no permanent status yet. Not DocuXcel's fault in any way.

      Pros

      Docuxcel is a fast growing company and is able to leverage its experience vertically. The management team is compact, responsive and acts quickly on issues. It is a company that is responsive to its people's needs and responds compassionately. Management experience levels are broad which constantly infuses new ideas and systems into the overall operation of the company.

      Cons

      As companies rapidly grow, they sometimes stretch their resources resulting in operational slowdowns. Management is aware and is moving to correct.
