      Solid company and values, encouraging safety on board.

      Cons

      It is very hard to be 'promoted' to better vessels, because it is more important who you know in the HR than how you do your work.

      Pros

      Kept most employees working for the first quarter of 2016, then dropped off to keep managers working. Benefits seem a bit better than most companies out there.

      Cons

      When looking for rotations and work assignments, office personnel don't answer emails or phone calls. At least one employee didn't know he was laid off until he tried to check his email account and it was locked out.
