      Work with some solid talent with bright futures Opportunity to get decent entry level experience

      Cons

      Well below market pay 100% in-office No 401k match(even though promised) Open office plan in front of a comically large screen with useless info on it Misguided and narcisstic upper management. Seriously, sometimes the actual leader of this business will come in, sit in the smack middle of the building and literally scream at and degrade people.
