You get a chance to experience working in a typical SME environment, whilst having a lot of cross interaction with international counterparts from the parent company. Departments do need to communicate with each other more. The integration with the parent company has also brought along a lot of uncertainty and unpolished processes that we are trying to adopt/assimilate into our own way of doing things.
