      Pros

      DP Nicoli wants you to grow! Work hard, understand your expectations, communicate your goals with management and they will get you to where you want to be. Zero micromanagement but with that expectations are set high. Everyone works great together which make the work environment very welcoming and enjoyable. My advice is work hard and don't be afraid to ask questions when you need clarification.

      Cons

      You may feel your work is going unnoticed but that is not the case. Expectations are just set high.

      Takes care of employees, builds programs to ensure tenured employees stick around, great retirement

      There isn't many, every job can feel like he** at times but the times here are far and few between.

      Pros

      Company truck and phone for outside sales rep. Unlimited personal driving use. Planning your own day. Being blue collar will make you appreciate being here. I needed to relocate but would of loved to stay.

      Cons

      Requires exceptional planning and memory. Job requires thick skin.
