Expect to be taking calls from customers after 6pm or at the weekend because they can’t get through to the depot I had a great manager, but got the impression this wasn’t the same for other regional teams Senior management love for you to fill in a Google sheet asking for data/information at the drop of a hat when you are already really busy There is a slight complacency that DPD are still the best despite other couriers now offering similar solutions regarding delivery to the end user
