Working in solar is fun, interesting, and challenging. Draker was an early market leader, had many loyal customers, and many potential customers who wanted to benefit from the technical knowledge of the team, and the embedded benefits in the product.

Draker did not make the transition from early market leader to growth market leader. While the company stagnated, competitors caught up. Anyone who bothered to do a real evaluation of product and technology could see there was little differentiation left.

A great product and much independence in managing your clients and your territory. Fantastic engineering team, committed to helping the client.

Very erratic management team, have gone through several iterations of CEO and director of sales, company went on a "furlough" which is a fancy term for "everyone got fired, and then re-hired again a few months later without compensation." A very absent style of management, not very responsive team, difficult to work remotely.
