      Pros

      Well, none that I could even make up.

      Cons

      Taking money from budget strapped schools and never really delivering a product and the lying about delays. Lots of people sitting around getting paid to surf the Internet watching insta and YouTube shorts. Anybody of real value or skill doesn't stay very long. The pains is more than just your normal startup pains. You should have to fight to get paid. Too many examples of discrimination against people and their protected classes. This place is just a law suit waiting to happen.

      Unlimited PTO, Travel, enjoyable work culture, you really get to broaden your skill-base

      Cons

      always in office; in the first couple years, the chaos of startup challenges was a burden.

      I guess the pro is that its closed now.

      Cons

      Now that the company has shut down I think it is fair to say the business practices here not only lacked strategy, but were actively destructive to the wellbeing of not only the school districts that put faith in this company but the employees who stuck it out to their own detriment because they believed in each other and the cause.
