Overall my experience at Drishticon was positive. I had the great opportunity to gain experience and learn new skills as someone new to the industry. Having recently finishing school, Drishticon was willing to train me and provide a working environment that fosters new skills and mentorship. I feel very fortunate for the opportunity and very thankful. Getting your first job in the tech industry is always difficult, but Drishticon gives you the chance to succeed. Everyone in the team is very nice and always striving to help each other grow. I like that the in-house applications that we build can be challenging because it allows a lot of room for growth. And management is very transparent with the logistics of the company's business model. I appreciate how open they are about what's going on. Last thing to note is the recruiters at the company are great, they always check up on you to see how you are doing in your role and making sure you are happy with what you are doing.
