Business Outlook
Pros
DRMP is a great company to work for. Family friendly for sure. Flexible. Not many companies can you work for where most of management (even the president of the company) have a true open door policy. The Human Resource department tends to put on some great employee involvement events on during the year. Very clean office area and in a great location.
Cons
Only cons would be PTO, compared to other companies they just do not have an appealing PTO. Insurance just seems to be a little on the higher end.
