      Pros

      Suitable for very junior people without work experience who can be moulded.

      Cons

      Toxic environment where poor behaviour is celebrated and rewarded. The way people speak to each other is disgusting - too much ego, shifting blame and highlighting negatives at every opportunity. If you are looking for a supportive environment that celebrates success, this isn’t for you. Talented individuals with a wealth of experience join the company and the aim is to mould them into the drpg way as quickly as possible. If you’re aware of this and go against the grain, you will soon be singled out and life will be very hard. Very cliquey with a herd mentality, if you don’t fit in with some of the most toxic people who’ve been there for many years, you’ll be spoken about behind your back to the point of isolation.

DRPG is an ambitious and performance focused environment, but we expect colleagues at every level to treat one another with professionalism, respect and accountability. Strong opinions and high standards are part of working in a fast paced creative business, however they should never translate into disrespectful behaviour, cliques or individuals feeling isolated. Where conduct falls short of the standards we expect, it should be addressed appropriately. We also believe that talented people bring different perspectives and experiences, and that diversity of thinking is important to how we continue to evolve as a business.       Pros

      Its an exciting, fast paced place to work. There are many talented and passionate people here. The variety of work you get exposed to is unlike anything I've experienced at other agencies. Because everything is done in-house, you get to be involved in large scale live event productions, film projects, work with the design team on campaigns and digital projects. You really get the full picture. There's a genuine sense that people are invested in and there are real opportunities to grow if you put the work in. The site at Hartlebury is impressive too, it's a fun place to come into work and you get to see some really creative stuff happening around you every day.

      Cons

      It can be full-on. The workload can be heavy at times and when multiple projects are running simultaneously the juggling act is real. Deadlines are tight and clients can be demanding (but i don't thinks that's just an issue at this agency that's the industry we are in), so if you're not naturally organised it can feel a lot. Some processes could be slicker internally, but its acknowledged and the business is always open to feedback on ways to make things work smoother.
