Pros
The Salary was good and competitive with other companies I had interviewed with at the same time.
Cons
Company top management is inconsistent in their direction and micro-manage even though they don't understand the work needing to be completed. They lack integrity and have no morals or basic business ethics. Insurance coverage is spotty at best.
