      Middle management will not listen and constantly put tech's in bad situations, mostly jobs that individuals are not qualified to do or did not hire on for.

      Pros

      Compensation is good, coworkers are good, some interesting projects

      Cons

      Management needs to change ASAP. There are no company standards. The managers swear by “this is the DSI way” but that foes not exist. There is no company structure. They keep getting big projects and overloading their engineers and expect them to deliver. The company runs like 5 guys in a garage. One engineer doing everything from design to procurement to site startup. Big customers like dedicated resources, but that does not align with company business model. Lots of changes need to happen to be able to get repeat business…
