room to grow, can be difficult to move up the ladder, but possible.

to many hoops to jump through to get what you need done, like pay raises. They are quick to have a meeting to tell you where you can improve, but pretty damn slow to have a meeting to discuss pay raises. even when you are told they are garunteed once a year. that doesnt really happen often.
