Pros

1. Gym membership 2. Free pizza once a month 3. Stock options however with very restrictive T&C's

Cons

1. No remote or hybrid working. Full attendance at the office is expected 2. Holiday sign off requests are difficult 3. Career progression is slow - priorities given to close networks 4. Training provided ONLY to those in close networks (i.e. family) 5. Networking/Business trips sign off are difficult 6. Small company hence decision making is relied on one person and can be slow at times 7. Healthcare and perks only provided to senior management

Pros

+ Good salary and arguably free pizza every month

Cons

- No official flexitime policy; - 2-weeks notice must be given before taking annual leave; - Micro-management is rife and HR is corrupt; you`ll not receive the same level of treatment or protection if you are not the CEOs son or girlfriend - you are a second-class citizen. - An unhealthy preoccupation of CCTV surveillance in the office (CEO has unfounded insecurities); - The CEO provides poor direction and has no leadership qualities; - HR typically responds in a very dismissive and condescending tone to reasonable concerns i.e, health & safety issues and company direction.

Cons

• Unrealistic project deadlines. • No Flexible working. • Micromanagement. • Ethnic or Racial Slurs in the Workplace • Daily check-ups from the CEO. • Blame culture.
