Pros
Decent company, attentive DMs, good repair crew, some fairly decent drivers. I liked that they have decent shower facilities in their main terminal in Portland. They make an effort to make it physically comfortable there
Cons
Not enough work, often arrived with my load in LA and then sat there for 2 or more days. The pay was embarrassingly low for the level of work required to complete assigned tasks. I mentioned this to management and they played deaf. I didn't want to leave but I want to know that I'm valued enough to merit better pay.
