As DSV has a very flat structure, all employees have the opportunity to make the difference on a daily basis. You will not receive everything presented on a silver platter, but management and colleagues are open to new ideas, new ways of working and change. Everybody is invited and encouraged to come up with new ideas. This across all levels, from warehouse operator and hr employee to managing director and up.

Our strongpoint is also our pitfall as some people need to be presented with opportunities before they can excell.
