Pros
DSV is a lean organization and this was apparent from the initial interview to present day. This means a lot in that management is very willing to roll up their sleeves and work hard to support the customer. DSV empowers the employee to do a good job. There is very little red tape or politics. There is an expectation to achieve results. DSV is going places and I plan to hang on and ride the wave!
Cons
Very few challenges. Future development of vertical marketing strategy would be helpful.
