- Overwhelming workload due to lack of manpower - Physically demanding for field workers - For COS workers, the agency will not shoulder payment of government mandated benefits (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig) - No 13th month pay and/or bonuses - No hazard pay for field workers - Delayed travel reimbursements which can take up to 3 months (or more)
