A COMPANY WITH GROWTH!!!! - Senior Account Manager DUX Direct Employee Review

The time i spent with DUX Direct was time well spent. i'm in school and did an internship with DUX. My major is marketing and i wanted to get some real world experience with some sales and marketing. i was able to not only grow myself as an individual but also had part in helping others grow within the management training program. Matthew (the president) was always there to help us out with any question that we had from the field or even with training and developing other entry level account managers. it is pretty awesome seeing the boss taking time to develop his employees. i can't wait to graduate so that i can get back to working with DUX!

i really can't think of anything other than, i wish i found them sooner.

I really enjoy working here with DUX Direct because I feel that everyone is respected, everyone's opinions valued and everyone is focused on learning and growing together. The owner, Matthew, is very intentional about developing his leaders 1-on-1 and building relationships both inside and outside the office. I feel confident that I will become the leader I want to become and achieve the goals I have set for myself both here and further along in my career!
