They refuse to review your salary at all costs. The head of department does not comunicate with any of the account managers, instead gets other people to deliver bad news. When asked a question about the change in employee bonuses, and whether or not the max bonus will be lower, he pretended to not understand the question after being asked by 4 different managers. Generally bad decision making from Ruslan, not only regarding employees but also the VIP. Once he took over and started making changes a high number of VIPs started closing their accounts. After being let go I was offered 1 month salary, when legally I was entitled to 4-5 months salary. And this is coming from their 2nd highest grossing account manager and the one with the highest growth in ngr. They have clear favouritism towards some people regardless if they are doing a good job or not
