Being a fresher I learned a lot and given an opportunity to excel invent and implement new technologies in market, also used to get e-training for advanced technology and employees from different office used to do corporate sessions to enhance our skills also help when stuck in critical issues for development. best thing is no constraint on timing, was work oriented and task specific. finish task n leave or take work to home. work pressure is to much as it was a starter company even had to work on weekends, really so much work i hated many times, but at last it helped me to expertise in coding and enhance my knowledge and got offers with very good package from accenture. I really hated my hard work and tight timings at fresher level but when it paid me back i feel really thankful for this org for giving me chance to create my own identity and understand the value of knowledge. free pen, notebook, study books and utility wifi.

small office, very less package, no canteen, no cab service, no fixed work timing, no tobacco, no smoking, no orkut, no youtube, only work. no casuals except Friday, outings only once a quarter, team lunch once a month, no bonus for employee's marriages, even had to return laptop and back bag when i left. free dinner and cab only when work till late night. no extra incentive only certificate of recognition.

no compromise with quality and time delivery. said absconding id taken more than 3 days leaves without inform. have to work over time and weekend if project critical delivery. even deserved also need to wait for onsite opportunity. no rotational shift only one shift i.e day shift max 7 to 11.
