I started at DViO as a copywriting intern and was thrilled to be converted to a full-time employee. I also love our CEO's vision and how she is helping to keep up with current trends, realise its potential, and create a management where we can be trained for it. The fast-paced environment taught me how to handle a heavy workload and produce quality content under pressure, which is essential for a career in copywriting.
Cons
As with any fast-growing agency, the workload can sometimes be intense, and work-life balance can be challenging. The long hours can be demanding and the strict policy of coming to the office removes flexibility as the energy and time get exhausted due to traffic and travel.
