Cons
DViO does not appreciate and value its employees at all. They're merely numbers especially if the COO is also the CFO. According to them, everyone is replaceable. Most underpaid, overworked, and problematic work culture thrives here. There is no respect of peoples time and opinions here. You will not grow here at all. To have a seemingly good work-life a lot of boot licking is required of upper management. Staying back late almost every day & working weekends is the new normal here. There are absolutely no benefits, no perks, nothing here to benefit from. If upper management has any issue with you their first resort is to let go off you. The HR department here is the most pathetic and incompetent group of individuals you'll ever meet. No inductions, no proper knowledge on laws and market trends at all. Not even the slightest idea of laws overseas and benefits to be given to employees. The HR team is absolutely useless and will be of no help to you. Heads and Senior possess a god complex. The company is not built to handle some clients and brands, but will force themselves to do impossible tasks which leads to monumental fails and a massive game of pass the blame begins. Work culture is absolutely toxic. If you do not wait beyond office hours (which you aren't compensated for) you're automatically labelled here as a bad employee.
