- Paid travel to work at conventions (pro if you enjoy work travel)
Cons
- Management didn't know a single thing about social media KPIs (engagement, views, interactions, etc.)
- Complete lack of management interaction on the daily/weekly/monthly
- Women were expected to dress more formally than men were
- Pay was not competitive & there were no opportunities for advancement
- Office was dingy & old
- No flexibility with remote/hybrid work options even though it was entirely online work
