      - Everyone at Daggerwing across the globe are very helpful and happy to chat/answer any questions whenever you have. - The work can be very exciting and interesting. - You can easily access to the CEO & president and have open conversations.

      Cons

      - Sometime you get bad clients. - Working with different time zones means that you might have to work at funny hours.

      A breath of fresh air after having worked at a bigger firm. People are incredible and very smart.

      Cons

      Can be hectic and stressful as a lot is asked of you. Would not recommend as an entry level job.
