Great mentors to learn from with a high standard to work towards. Team members are friendly and management is on point with morale.

Small teams with a large number of projects to complete sometimes means you will have to put in more than your typical 9 to 5.

Pay is good and coworkers are nice. I like the activities outside of work.

The insurance is bad. Not always enough time to finish projects because managers assign tasks at last second. Its a revolving door because of waves of firing that don't always make sense, and alot of people leave on their own because they are afraid.
