Pros
The retirement benefits are very good. Operational employees are some of the best at what they do. Flex work schedule. Rewarding, purposeful work
Cons
Excessive change. It can be good, but expectations to try to devote time to multiple new initiatives every month while doing actual work is exhausting. The executive suite seem like CEO's buddies from other places, any leaders who question decisions disappear, leaving yes-man passive middle management.
